5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada And United States . If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your location at this time.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Wachtly is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and filing a claim, or reaching out to us so we can assist where possible.
